The brothers will also give you rare items like dragon medium helmets and half keys. They also drop runes, gold and Bolt Racks. However, what most players are looking for in this mini game is the occasional Barrows equipment. These provide better stats than any armor types and when a complete set is worn, there are special effects that can be acquired.
